Frequently Asked Questions
We know you don’t have time for long, exhaustive onboarding processes. We intentionally make onboarding fast, painless, and thorough. Onboarding starts with a kickoff call; we get to know each other and lay the groundwork for the next steps. From there, we move on to the client questionnaire to get a closer look at your needs and goals. We run a few audits, engage in a strategy session, and then move on to setting goals and KPIs. Digital integrations come after that, and then it’s launch time! After launch, we move on to the monitoring, continual improvement, and reporting stage. All of this happens in your first three months of working with Cardinal.
A good digital marketing agency isn’t necessarily going to come in and blow everything up. Why change or get rid of something that’s delivering favorable outcomes? Yet, you wouldn’t be contracting with a new digital marketing
agency if your campaigns were meeting expectations.
Before we can make any decisions, we need to thoroughly evaluate your existing campaigns, their objectives, and how they’re performing. At this point, we’ll decide to either optimize existing campaigns or sunset them. If we decide to sunset some of the campaigns, it will be carefully timed to avoid any disruption to your lead flow.
We won’t keep you waiting. Right after our kickoff call, we’ll begin with small-scale changes we can make based on the answers to your client questionnaire. We assess your current digital marketing program, develop your new strategy, and build your campaigns. All of this happens within the first 30 days after kickoff.
By day 31, the strategy has been approved and all the integrations are complete. Day 40 is usually around when the campaigns launch. After that, we continuously monitor, improve, and report on your campaigns until the end of your contract.
Our minimum contract length is 6 months — that’s usually the amount of time it’ll take to see the results kick in. Complex media strategies take a little time to lift off the ground! We set performance-based goals for all our clients every 3 months, so we stay in constant communication with clients and continually monitor performance to ensure they’re getting the results they expect.
We’re not Nostradamus, but we can make educated predictions. Every engagement starts with a comprehensive audit of your existing digital presence and campaign performance, competitor assessments, and market research. Data from our other healthcare clients’ campaigns inform our strategies and allows us to determine performance forecasts.
You’ll also know what to expect at each step thanks to our detailed roadmaps, which outline next steps and performance improvements that lie ahead.
